Baylee Riggins is a curious and enthusiastic Master of Social Work Intern. Her broad range of professional experience includes eating disorder counseling for adolescents and adults, childcare, youth programming, school resource advising, and crisis counseling. Baylee believes that leading with empathy, warmth, and understanding is foundational to effective mental health care. As an LGBTQ individual with a lifetime of experience as a military dependent, Baylee understands the strong impacts that our social backgrounds have on our life paths. She believes in the importance of building strong and genuine connections, both to oneself and others. Baylee utilizes a collaborative and culturally aware approach to guide clients in finding their own definitions of mental and emotional security.
