Austin Randall

Counselor

You deserve a space where you don’t have to filter who you are. Whether you are LGBTQ+, physically disabled, neurodivergent, living with chronic pain, or carrying the weight of trauma, I offer a space where all parts of you can be seen, valued, and affirmed. As a queer and disabled therapist, I know how powerful it can be to feel truly understood—and how rare that can feel in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes us.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in social justice. I integrate person-centered therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), multicultural frameworks, and cognitive-behavioral tools, tailoring our work to support your unique needs and goals. This is a collaborative process: we move at your pace, guided by curiosity, care, and trust.
People often describe me as warm, grounded, and compassionately direct. Whether you are exploring identity, navigating anxiety or grief, or unpacking the effects of systemic harm, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you reconnect with your resilience and move toward healing.
