Scott Mccornack

Counselor

Life often presents us with moments of transition, tension, or uncertainty—times when old patterns no longer work and new possibilities feel just out of reach. My goal as a therapist is to walk with you through these seasons, helping you discover strength, clarity, and hope along the way. I approach therapy from a strengths-based, systems-focused perspective. I draw on principles from Bowen Family Systems Theory, attachment perspectives, and trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens within the context of relationships, and I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to identify the patterns that hold them back and explore healthier ways of relating.

With a background in leadership and business, I bring decades of experience walking alongside people through both personal struggles and complex relational dynamics. I have facilitated groups for young adults, supported families in times of crisis, and worked with individuals seeking greater resilience and purpose.

I am dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relational conflict, life transitions, and the lingering impact of trauma. I strive to be compassionate yet practical, offering both support and concrete strategies. At your invitation, I would be honored to help you unpack your story, recognize your strengths, and chart pathways toward growth and restoration. If life feels unsettled, overwhelming, or the way forward seems unclear, I’d be honored to meet with you. Reaching out for help is a courageous first step, and you don’t have to take the next ones alone.
