As a supervisor for our therapists, Rachel Elder is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60928751) and an approved supervisor in Washington State. She specializes in couples counseling with a focus on using attachment theory and neuroplasticity research to help couples rewire their attachment together.

Rachel is passionate about helping other therapists find their confidence and full-hearted belief in the impact they can make in their clients lives. She also loves helping develop the entrepreneurial mindset for therapists.

Prior to specializing in couples counseling, Rachel began her career working with children and adolescents as well as neurodivergent individuals. She loves having a growth mindset about the work she provides as a supervisor as well as implementing in her own personal development journey. Rachel does not accept clients.
