Hello, my name is Lauren and I am eager to hear more about who you are! I am currently attending Northwestern University, getting my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My personal journey has been shaped by my commitment to supporting others on their mental health journey. I am passionate about helping individuals make sense of their experiences, understanding how life's unique challenges and milestones influence personal growth. I draw from relational therapy taking a person-centered and holistic approach. I value somatic experiencing and connecting to oneself. I aspire to be both supportive and honest in our work together.
