

Kathryn Zawislak
Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Approved Supervisor
Kathryn is the owner and founder of Kathryn Zawislak Therapy and Associates (KZTA). Kathryn’s focus is to close the gap of mental health services in Washington state. She builds community partnerships with local agencies and businesses. KZTA collaborates with Seattle Children's Care Network, Mary Bridge Gender Clinic, Multicare, Virginia Mason and group practice owners throughout Washington state. KZTA currently contracts with the White River School District, Sumner Bonney Lake School District, Orting and Southside school districts to provide counseling services to students. KZTA also contracts with the LightHouse Mission Homeless Men's Recovery and AGAPE women's programs to provide counseling services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Whatcom county. KZTA has affiliation agreements with Walden University, Antioch, City University, Grand Canyon University and Cincinnati School of Nursing to help educate and support our future therapists.
Kathryn has her Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. Kathryn is a trained behavior specialist. She is also an approved counselor supervisor in the state of Washington and along with the leaders in her company, currently supervises 31 therapists.
Kathryn has been an adjunct professor at Walden University, City University, Cincinnati School of Nursing and Grand Canyon University. She has been a guest speaker at PLU, career days in high schools and mental health fairs.
