I strive to help you feel truly heard and validated, while empowering you to draw from your own inner strengths and work toward your personal goals.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, navigating career changes, relationship concerns, or working through the complexities of religious trauma, I am here to walk alongside you. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and foster meaningful growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults via telehealth, and I am dedicated to honoring each person’s unique journey and resilience. Together we can work toward healing, and self-discovery.
