Everyone has unique set of joys and sorrows that brings them to counseling. There is no single set of answers, but there are effective paths if the client's individuality is at the center. Using a combination of humanistic counseling (focusing on a client's individuality) and trauma informed care (being mindful of the impact of the client's traumatic experience) my goal is to be an objective and caring partner who helps to guide clients on their own unique paths. Regardless of why you are seeking counseling I hope to co-create a space with you that allows you to experience safety, curiosity, and empowerment.
