Drawing from my extensive background in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Therapy, and integrating a systems framework, I believe that a multifaceted approach is essential for both professional and personal development. This comprehensive approach allows me to support individuals in a holistic, strength-based manner, combining deep insight with actionable strategies.

In my role at KZTA, I work with both school-based and private practice therapists, providing weekly supervision, psychoeducation, and ongoing support to facilitate their growth and development. My goal is to foster a person-centered lens for therapists, ensuring that they are well-equipped to provide the highest quality of care to their clients.
