Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), I believe that sometimes we find ourselves stuck in cycles of behavior that keep us from where we'd like to be. In those moments, it might require us to change course. My goal is to help you find and plot your new path.

I hold a Master of Science with an emphasis in trauma, and I utilize narrative and structural approaches to therapy. I work collaboratively with men, women, couples, and families to resolve relationship issues, manage anxiety, and navigate stalled life transitions. My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone has a unique story and structure to their lives, and by exploring these elements, we can uncover new perspectives and solutions.

I have had tremendous success helping clients navigate issues with breakups, raising children, and family relationships. I also help clients address imposter syndrome by exploring the origins of negative ideas and re-authoring a broader, more empowering understanding, enabling them to recognize their true abilities and build confidence in their personal and professional lives.

Whether you're dealing with trauma, relationship issues, or personal challenges, I am here to support you. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your experiences and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
